Qualifications

• Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR for Pro certificates required.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. must be shown.
• Background check and certified transcripts required.
• Texas driver license valid; out-of-state license holders must obtain TX license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifesaving skills and monitor pool activities.
• Provide instructional swimming lessons to children and adults.
• Perform routine pool and facility maintenance and sanitation.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and the public.
• Be flexible to rotate across pool sites and work a varied schedule.
