Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard or Star Guard Training including Standard First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Guard pool areas to prevent accidents and assist swimmers.
• Administer first aid and emergency assistance as needed.
• Monitor activities at public pools across North Las Vegas.
