Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification from ARC or recognized organization.
• Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate lifeguarding skills.
• 16+ years old minimum.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and patrons.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure safety standards.
• Assist in organizing and leading swimming lessons and safety programs.
