Job summary

The Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is hiring a part-time lifeguard for The Hotel Hershey. You will enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies, monitor equipment, and keep the pool area safe and tidy. This role requires current lifeguard training and the ability to work weekends during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete Ellis & Assoc. Lifeguard Training provided by Hershey properties.
• Pre-employment drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
• Anticipate, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Monitor equipment and supplies.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Lifeguards must maintain 'test-ready' lifeguard and first aid skills.
• Participate in weekly lifeguard in-service training.
• Other duties as assigned.
