Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort, is seeking a full-time lifeguard to join Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. You will monitor pool activity, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies while supporting a safe, high‑quality guest experience in a premier resort setting.

Eligible candidates are at least 18, with 1+ year related experience, and must enroll in the Ellis Lifeguard class immediately upon hire and pass it to work. Great benefits accompany wages for this role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Employee must enroll in Ellis Lifeguard class immediately upon hire and pass to work.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor pool activity to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Oversee and enforce pool rules and safety regulations for hotel guests.
• Monitor pool equipment and supplies and ensure proper levels.
• Maintain lifeguard and first aid skills at a Test Ready level at all times.
• Participate in lifeguard in-service training.
