Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining tutoring records, scheduling, collaborating with the Tutoring Resource Coordinator and Lead Tutors, and promoting the tutoring program on campus.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (or in progress) in subject tutored.
• Computer literacy and word-processing skills required.
• Ability to work with college students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring individually and in groups to empower independent learning.
• Tutor Ivy Tech courses with subject-specific focus and help with software use.
• Maintain tutoring records and weekly student appointments.
• Promote the tutoring program with faculty, students, and staff.
• Coordinate with Tutoring Resource Coordinator and Lead Tutors as needed.
• Ensure tutoring center operations run smoothly and textbooks are secured.
