St. Joseph's Village Community is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging activities and programs.

You will support the Life Enrichment department, coordinate group and one-on-one activities, and help with calendars, records, and resident transport. The role requires high school completion, up to 1 year experience with seniors (1+ preferred), and strong communication and tech skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year experience with seniors preferred; 1+ years activity engagement preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to use basic technology systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Advocate for a culture of engagement and promote Life Enrichment services.
• Deliver and support group and individual activities and events.
• Assist with administrative tasks (calendars, phones).
• Escort residents to activities and outings, including bus transport.
• Document service plans, progress notes, and attendance in systems.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and assist with décor and supplies.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
