The role involves driving residents for outings, coordinating events, and collaborating with the Life Enrichment Director to enhance residents' quality of life. A high school diploma is required, with weekend/evening availability and a caring, dependable attitude expected.

Qualifications

• Abilityto understand senior citizen needs and interests and execute programs for them.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activity programming from inception to execution.
• Follow standards per state regulations and company policy.
• Record resident needs confidentially and document outcomes.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment Director on resident feedback.
• Transport residents in company vehicle for excursions and activities.
• Participate in weekend/evening/holiday functions as needed.
• Assist in decorating for holidays and events.
• Support resident-centered life enrichment programs.
