Epoch Senior Living at Waterstone in Wellesley, MA is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) for part-time hours (up to 20 per week).

You will support residents with engaging activities, collaborate with the community team, and assist across departments as needed, including paperwork. Role requires lifting up to 15 lbs and a passion for seniors.

Walk-ins welcome. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic and outgoing; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and strong customer service skills.
• Experience with families in a senior living environment.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Able to push, pull and lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents and keeps them engaged.
• Flexible in offering support in other departments and completes required paperwork.
