Orchard Pointe at Terrazza in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enhance resident experiences. You will meet with families, coordinate move-ins, and support orientations while helping create community newsletters and social media content.

The role emphasizes building relationships with residents, families, and team members, using compassionate communication and teamwork to support a caring living environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in activity development, planning, and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
• Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with prospective families or residents, coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
• Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
