Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and carry out activities that enhance the social welfare and interests of residents in our senior living community.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a compassionate approach to working with seniors. The position is on-site at our Prospect, KY location with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
