Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience with ability to operate tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and repairs.
• Maintain community areas and keep records for work orders and scheduling.
• Assist in safety preparations, participate in drills and safety meetings.
