StoryPoint in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support planning and delivering engaging activities for residents in a senior living community.

The role requires compassion and flexibility, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred. Part-time shifts include Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9am–5pm, plus PRN opportunities. Hourly pay $17 with daily pay option.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate toward seniors.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Aufgaben

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain resident safety while completing tasks.
• Help set up, clean up, and maintain activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating tasks.
• Adhere to all standards in the Employee Handbook.
