Job summary

Ingleside Manor in Mount Horeb, WI is seeking a part-time Activities Aide to assist residents with daily activities, entertainment, events, and one-on-one visits. Under supervision of the Activity Director, you will help plan engaging programs that support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in long-term care, strong communication, and a genuine passion for senior living; valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred; pre-employment

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Pre-Employment Health and Drug Screen; Background/Criminal check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities in the Activity Department.
• Facilitate and participate in group and individual activities and events.
• Support residents to engage, stay active and maintain self-esteem.
