Job summary

Woodside Senior Communities seeks a dedicated Life Enrichment Associate to lead group activities and provide sensory stimulation for residents in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role supports the Life Enrichment Manager, coordinates outings, and conducts one-on-one visits to address individual interests and needs.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, a warm, genuine interest in geriatric populations, and the ability to organize activities with flexibility and dexterity.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in geriatric residents.
• Ability to organize activities, demonstrate flexibility and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Lead group activities and assist Life Enrichment Manager in planning activities to fulfill the needs and interests of all residents.
• Lead sensory stimulation activities for small groups.
• Assist in community outings, including caregiver duties.
• Provide one-on-one visits and sensory stimulation as needed to fulfill residents' needs and interests.
• Lead one-on-one visits to fulfill residents' needs and interests.
• Inform residents of upcoming events.
• Document resident attendance and changes in health to nursing staff.
