You will lead and assist with activities, encourage participation, help set up spaces, coordinate transportation to events, build relationships with residents and families, and support special events, with attention to care

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and reliable personality.
• Ability to work well with seniors and build rapport.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in senior care, activities, or recreation is a plus (but not required).
• Must be dependable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with daily activities, games, and group programs.
• Encourage resident participation and social interaction.
• Help set up activity spaces and assist with transportation to events.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Support special events and holiday programs.
• Document attendance and assist with care plans as needed.
