Oconto Health and Rehab is hiring an Activity Assistant to join our Life Enrichment team. You'll assist the Enrichment Director in a variety of activities and events for residents, helping create a warm, engaging environment.

This part-time role supports group and individual activities, uses models like pet, music, and art therapy, and maintains activity records. The position offers a supportive team and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

Qualifications

• Assist the resident activity director as needed.
• Lead and participate in individual and group activities.
• Utilize a variety of models to achieve individualized programming (pet/music/art therapy).
• Decorate for special events and seasonal parties.
• Maintain records of activities and attendance.
