Plymouth Place Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Activities/Life Enrichment Coordinator to implement and coordinate person-centered programs for residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, reminders, and escort, and ensuring compassionate care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Activities/Life Enrichment Supervisor and involves developing social programming that reflects resident needs and preferences.

Formación

• Knowledge of developing activity schedules.
• Experience with peer and individual organizing events.
• Experience of Senior Continuum Care.
• Significant skills in assessing capability and preference for planning and evaluation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Clear written and spoken English to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and coordinate life enrichment programs for residents.
• Assess resident preferences and capabilities to tailor activities.
• Coordinate programming calendars across the community.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver programs.
• Recruit, train, and involve volunteers in activities.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain regular attendance.
