You will plan and lead activities, tailor programs to various abilities, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to foster a warm, inclusive community.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training opportunities, and a compassionate team dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recreation, life enrichment, or senior living preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with residents of all ability levels.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and leading activities for residents, including group and one-on-one sessions.
• Support a monthly calendar of events and tailor activities to abilities.
• Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Directors, nursing staff, and volunteers.
• Help set up spaces, maintain attendance records and feedback, and assist with outings.
