This part-time role requires NCAP certification or at least one year of experience with older adults, plus strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead group programs.

Qualifications

• NCAP certification preferred or at least one year of experience with older adults.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and lead engaging group activities.
• CPR/First Aid certification due within 60 days of hire.
• Compassionate, flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all resident activities and special events.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars following community standards.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Develop diverse programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.
