Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Back Bay, Boston seeks a part-time LICSW to provide outpatient behavioral health services. The role includes intake assessments, DSM-based diagnoses, therapy, and care coordination within the Behavioral Health Team.

Hybrid schedule possible; 24 hours/week with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible non-MGB employees. Massachusetts LICSW with MSW and 2–3 years clinical hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
• Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
• Clinical Experience in a medical setting 2–3 years required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients requesting behavioral health services and conducts intake assessments.
• Performs diagnostic evaluations and formulates DSM-based diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Provides psychotherapy and crisis intervention within the Behavioral Health Team.
• Maintains documentation in medical records and participates in team meetings.
