Job description

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to‑face sessions in Troy, MI.

Qualifications

• LPC or LMFT or LMSW or LMSW‑C
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Michigan.

Compensation

Up to $70,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Conduct a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
• Maintain a true partnership with clients and the team.
• Serve as a behavioral health generalist open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Demonstrate interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Exhibit integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in professional development.
