Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Michigan to provide compassionate care through a hybrid model in Troy, MI. You will deliver telehealth and in-person sessions, manage a robust caseload, and support clients with evidence-based practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and client outcomes. Eligible clinicians must be independently licensed (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/PhD), with the ability to schedule at least 15 sessions weekly.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Troy, MI.

About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you're:

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan - LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $65,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. #LI-Hybrid #LI-MS1

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
