Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program; supervised experience aligned with state requirements.
• Current, active, unrestricted license to practice independently as a psychologist in at least one U.S. state or D.C.
• Demonstrated experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis (as permitted by scope), and psychotherapy for diverse populations.
• Proficiency with HIPAA-appropriate telehealth tools and familiarity with EHR/practice-management workflows.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults, couples, families, or adolescents.
• Complete thoughtful intakes and ongoing assessments, with timely documentation.
• Set availability, caseload, specialties, and modalities to fit your practice.
• Manage fees and policies and communicate clearly with clients about policies and boundaries.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant telehealth and use your preferred EHR/practice-management workflows.
