Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Psychologist for a part-time role, on-site at long-term care facilities within the local community. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide therapy, and develop individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Psychology or PsyD with licensure and have experience or interest in geriatric populations, chronic medical conditions, and caregiving contexts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist or eligible to practice.
• PhD in Psychology or PsyD preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral interventions for older adults.
• Lead or co-lead group therapies and caregiver support sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation and regulatory adherence.
