Merakey is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor on site in Philadelphia, PA. This role provides clinical leadership to licensed clinicians and interns, overseeing licensure supervision, supervision, and clinical consultation while ensuring compliance with PA licensing regulations and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
• Evidence-based treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, traumainformed care.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data-driven decisionmaking.
• Training in supervision models, such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency-based supervision.
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcome-based service delivery.
• Holding a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with at least 5 years post-master's experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to licensed clinicians and interns.
• Ensure licensure supervision, intern supervision, and clinical consultation.
• Support staff in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, documentation review, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
