Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Beaver Falls, PA team. The role involves conducting intake assessments and clinical evaluations, leading treatment plan development, and ensuring data-driven, evidence-based practice across services.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, deliver individual and group psychotherapy, and coordinate care with the treatment team. On-call responsibilities may be required, with salary based on experience and licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a generally recognized clinical discipline required.
• Be registered, licensed, or certified to practice in his profession, if that profession is governed by a licensing board in this Commonwealth.
• 2 years of mental health clinical experience required.
• 1 year managerial experience preferred (Merakey preference).
• Valid driver's license and all clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations of potential residents.
• Lead the development of treatment plans with individuals, updating plans at least every 30 days.
• Provide minimum required hours of individual psychotherapy weekly as assigned by the program director.
• Oversee and/or provide group psychotherapy sessions with evidence-based practices.
• Transport and monitor residents in the community with Director approval.
• Provide supervision, mentoring and training to LTSR staff.
• Available for intermittent on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• Submit all documentation in a timely fashion.

Position Details

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations of potential residents.
• Lead the development of treatment plans with individual receiving services. Update treatment plans in collaboration with the individual, Psychiatrist and other members of treatment team at a minimum of every 30 days for each assigned individual.
• Provide a minimum number of required hours of individual psychotherapy weekly assigned by the program director.
• Oversee and/or provide group psychotherapy sessions ensuring clinical integrity and the use of evidence-based practices.
• Transport and monitor residents in the community when clinically or medically appropriate with Director approval.
• Provide effective supervision, mentoring and training to LTSR staff.
• Available for intermittent on call responsibility as assigned.
• Submit all documentation in a timely fashion.
