Qualifications

• Knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Experience with behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data-driven decision making.
• Training in supervision models (reflective, developmental, or competency-based).
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcomes-based service delivery.
• Hold a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and at least 5 years post-master’s experience.

This role is responsible for providing licensure supervision, intern supervision, clinical consultation, and professional development while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor supports staff in clinical decision‑making, treatment planning, documentation review, and risk management, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and clinical excellence;
