Merakey is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Philadelphia team on-site. The role focuses on clinical leadership, supervision of licensed clinicians and interns, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.

Licensure supervision and professional development are key aspects of this position. The candidate will work 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $30.00–$33.95, must hold PA licenses (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and have at least 5 years post-master's

Competenze

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related clinical field.
• PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 knowledge and payer requirements.
• EHR proficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Supervision models training (reflective/developmental/competency-based).
• Quality improvement frameworks and outcome-based service delivery.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to licensed clinicians, pre-licensed professionals, and interns.
• Deliver licensure supervision, intern supervision, clinical consultation, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and policies.
