The Claremont Colleges Services seeks a Part-Time User Services Associate to join the library team. You will staff service points, perform circulation and reserves tasks, and assist with technology lending and troubleshooting to ensure excellent user service both in person and virtually.

The role requires at least one year of higher education coursework or equivalent in a customer service setting, and a demonstrated ability to work independently with good judgment.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of higher education coursework or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding user-centered customer service at library service points, in person and virtually.
• Perform circulation, course readings (reserves), billing, and tech lending duties.
• Assist users with troubleshooting library systems, printers, scanners, and projectors.
