Qualifications

• MLS from an ALA-accredited program or equivalent.
• 3+ years relevant library experience.
• Public library administration experience.
• Vermont certificate preferred.
• Strong staff supervision and budget skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all library operations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Develop and manage the collection to serve diverse patrons.
• Plan programs and community engagement.
• Prepare annual budget with Trustees.
• Maintain library data and reports.
• Coordinate with Town and Library Trustees.
