Job summary

The Indian Creek Library in Olathe is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative II for a part-time schedule (up to 19 hours). You will be the first point of contact for patrons, handling inquiries, library accounts, and program support.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative or customer relations experience required.
• Experience in library services or utility services may be preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides information to customers for City services in person, over the phone, or online.
• Assists with inquiries, account management, and program/event support.
• Executes requests and resolves issues with professional, friendly service.
• Supports training and guidance for other staff as needed.
