Job summary

Responsibilities include keeping shelves organized, assisting patrons with computers and basic tech, supporting programs, and delivering friendly service. Must pass background check; schedule 15-18 hours/week with some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Library experience preferred.
• Experience working with the public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep shelves organized and materials easy to find.
• Assist patrons with computers, printing, and basic technology.
• Support programs and activities that bring learning and creativity to life.
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service to every visitor.
• Help maintain an inviting, clean, and organized library environment.
• Provide support at Eufaula branch for coverage when needed.
