Job summary

Provo City Library in Provo, UT is seeking a part-time Circulation Page to help organize and re-shelve library materials. The role supports the Circulation Division and includes shelving, collecting book drops, and pulling holds. Must be 16+ and have basic reading/spelling/alphabetizing skills.

The position offers about 20 hours weekly with evenings and weekends potentially required. Compensation is $10 per hour, with benefits for part-time city employees and opportunities for staff perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, spell, alphabetize, count.
• Three (3) months of customer service experience OR the ability to follow directions, and interact with the public at a level sufficient to perform the duties of the position.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of application.

• Performs routine, recurring tasks such as organizing and re-shelving library materials, collecting book drops, pulling holds, and shelf reading.
• Assists library staff as needed and performs other related work as required.
