Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and help resolve resident issues.
• Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files per company policy.
• Enter resident data in system per policy.
• Develop and maintain a resident retention/renewal program to improve conversions.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
• Assist in preparing competitive market survey reports as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in; show model and vacancies.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours.
