Responsibilities include showing units, collecting applications, explaining leases, coordinating move-ins, and assisting with resident relations and events. The role offers growth, benefits, and occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest viable rent while maintaining strong customer service.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and help resolve issues.
• Explain company/community policies to residents and prospects.
• Maintain accurate resident files and complete documents timely.
• Enter resident data in accordance with policy.
• Assist in developing/maintaining a resident retention/renewal program.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-ins and show available units.
• Coordinate community events and property tours.
• Travel may be required; perform other duties as assigned; occasional weekends.
