Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to connect with residents, market properties, and guide applicants through showing and leasing processes. You will help maintain occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction while collaborating with team members and leadership.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, effective communication, and timely responses to requests. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with unlimited commissions and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School degree, GED or equivalent.
• NALP or similar certifications desirable.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present properties to prospective residents and close the sale.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Inspect property and respond to maintenance needs.
• Document communications using customer management systems.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Build long-term relationships with residents and refer issues to management.
