Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience or a proven background in commissioned sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and provide exceptional customer service from the first interaction.
• Conduct engaging apartment tours to showcase lifestyle and value.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed leases.
• Meet and exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Build rapport and confidently ask for the lease.
• Process rental applications and lease documents accurately.
• Assist with resident renewals and retention efforts.
• Partner with management to maintain occupancy.
• Contribute marketing ideas, outreach, and resident events.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every step.
