The Pavillion in Hanceville, AL is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, tour apartments, and convert leads into signed leases. You will process applications, support renewals, and collaborate with management to keep occupancy high.

This role emphasizes sales-driven performance and customer experience. Ideal candidates have leasing or commissioned sales experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience or a proven background in commissioned sales preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospects and provide exceptional customer service from the very first interaction.

• Partner with the management team to maintain strong occupancy.
• Contribute creative marketing ideas, outreach efforts, and resident events.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience or a proven background in commissioned sales preferred.
• A confident closer who isn't afraid to ask for the lease.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, energetic personality with a strong sense of urgency.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Experience with Entrata or another property management software is a plus.
