Job summary

GMH Communities in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time Community/Leasing Assistant to support leasing operations and resident services. The role reports to the Leasing Manager and handles walk-ins, calls, emails, and lease generation, signing, and closing leases, plus after-hours on-call rotation.

You will help coordinate resident activities, assist with move-ins, maintain resident relations, log packages, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
