Kittle Property Group, Inc. in Macon, GA is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Westfield Landing to lease apartments, conduct tours, and provide outstanding customer service to maximize occupancy and resident retention.

You will follow up with prospects and current residents, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and support renewal efforts while helping maintain curb appeal and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Language skills: read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division by 10s and 100s.
• Reasoning: follow detailed instructions with common sense; handle problems with few variables.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community in a professional manner.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations, assist with renewals and occupancy.
