Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance and ability to show, lease, tour, and execute leases are required.

The role involves completing leasing paperwork, lead follow-up within 24 hours, and contributing to marketing plans while maintaining accurate traffic data. A strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Maintain leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours, and exceed leasing goals.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations and complaints.
