Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement.
• Experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or office roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Follow up with prospective residents and assist in converting leads into signed leases.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and resident documents using Entrata.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and orientations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Assist with marketing, social media content, and events.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and concerns.
• Assist with rent collection, notices, and general admin duties.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations.
