Qualifications

• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible on hours.
• Ability to balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression and voice of the community to prospective residents.
• Guide residents through their leasing journey and build relationships with current residents and team.
• Handle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks with training and support from the company.
• Support resident events and help maintain property appearance as part of the team.
