Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Bexley at Whitestone in Cedar Park, TX. The role requires 20 hours per week, including 2–3 Saturdays per month (9am–5pm) with some weekday hours and flexibility; Sundays closed.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, answering leads, scheduling tours, processing applications, and preparing lease paperwork, deposits, and signings. You will support residents with renewals, notices, and move-related needs, while coordinating

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and admin experience.
• Experience from customer service, sales or hospitality environments welcome.
• Previous property management experience welcome.
• Gracious, warm, and genuine nature.
• Excellent sense of time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects who are interested in knowing more about our communities.
• Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments and tours.
• Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork.
• Request security deposits and sign leases.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and assist with renewals, notices, transfers and move-related needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and inspect apartments during turnover.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs and deposits dispositions.
• Post rent and follow up on balances owed.
• Plan and host resident events.
