Job summary

The Palmer in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our welcoming and high-performing team. This role offers opportunities to gain experience in property management, conduct property tours, and handle lease paperwork with a focus on customer service and a positive team culture.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, professional, and able to work Saturdays. Familiarity with leasing software and social media is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) a plus.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident files.
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with marketing efforts both online and locally.
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines.
