Job summary

Brookside Properties’ The Palmer in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Professional to join a welcoming, high-performing team. You will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, complete lease paperwork, and manage deposits with accuracy, helping keep files up to date and units tour-ready.

The position values customer service, strong communication, and a professional appearance. You’ll support marketing efforts, follow Fair Housing guidelines, and be available to work

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident files.
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with marketing efforts both online and locally.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED


• Leasing experience preferred, but not required
