CTL Management, Inc. is seeking entry-level Leasing Consultants for the Wilsonville, Oregon area. No experience is required; candidates will receive hands-on training and education programs to develop skills in resident screening, tours, move-ins, and occupancy management.

The role includes marketing support, use of property-management software, and reporting to the corporate office. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and profit sharing, with opportunities for commissions on new rentals

• Process documentation such as credit screening, criminal background checks, move-in paperwork.
• Develop marketing plans with the property manager to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
• Utilize technology tools and software to communicate with potential prospects and residents.
• Set up and maintain resident information files.
• Maintain property and resident information databases.
• Prepare reports for the corporate office as required.
• Provide general administrative assistance and back-up to the property manager as needed.
