Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features to secure leases.

• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, policies, and screening requirements.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques to drive approvals.
• Support outreach and marketing to local businesses and locator services.
• Maintain move-in files and conduct ongoing file maintenance.
• Handle resident requests courteously and respond to complaints.
