Timberland Partners Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Renaissance at Norman in Norman, OK. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, manage availability, and process leases with a focus on customer service and accurate documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in sales with leasing experience preferred; YARDI experience is a plus. A 20/hr base with incentives, benefits, and a collaborative on-site team awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred.
• 1+ years in a sales oriented role; 6+ months on-site leasing experience or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education preferred.
• Possesses superior sales ability.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist them with their questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and target apartments/model.
• Update apartment availability reports as needed.
• Process paperwork including leases, renewals and related documents.
• Listen to all resident requests, complaints, and comments.
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions.
• Participate in obtaining and/or distributing marketing information.
